Steve is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® with many years of experience in the fields of construction and home inspection.

After a career of problem solving in the IT world, Steve decided to apply his skills in the Home Inspection industry full time. Steve and his wife own multiple properties in the Catskills and for the past twenty years, Steve has remodeled and repaired homes in his spare time. Steve has a great knowledge for various methods of construction and his attention to detail and focus make for an excellent inspector.

With his technical aptitude and knowledge of construction, Steve is great at thoroughly examining every area of a home and using a straightforward approach to communicate his findings. Not only is Steve thorough, methodical and diligent, but he is also easy to talk to and has a wealth of knowledge of the Catskills and Hudson Valley.
